Warranty
Atom Multi Ladders come with a 10 year manufacturer warranty covering defects in workmanship or materials, for both home and industrial use. Step ladders, telescopic ladders, and work platforms carry a 1 year warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, or unauthorised modifications. To claim, return the ladder to Trade Tested — if covered, we'll repair or replace it.
